FAQ
Irl store
- We are currently only open weekends from 12-4. If you are visiting from out of state or can’t make it on the weekend, feel free to send us a dm and we can do an apt on a weekday!
- Sporadically, we are unable to open on a Saturday or Sunday, and sometimes we randomly open on a weekday, it’s best that if you’re planning to visit to follow along on our instagram, particuarly our story for updates on our trading hours.
Online Store
- Orders will be shipped in 1-3 weeks from the day of purchase.
- We only ship in Australia, you can choose between tracked or untracked (enevelope with stamps).
- If your order is lost, damaged or stolen we do not provide refunds or replacements.
General
- We are always open to submissions for having your work on consignment or to publish your work, just send us an email with an enquiry! Please do not send these enquiries via instagram dm.
